Ossining Rotary spearheads effort to bring Katrina family to St. Paul's on the Hill
Local merchants such as Ryan Plumbing and Melrose Lumber have donated
materials to renovate a little used space at the Church. George Camp has spearheaded
the effort, coordinating the volunteer workers.

Ossining Rotary responds quickly to Katrina
George Camp spearheaded an effort to put canisters in banks, shops and business for people to make contributions.
President Henry Atterbury is working with all of the organizations in Ossining (such as the Police and Fire Departments) to set up other means for the great people of Ossining to help those most in need. He has already been in touch with the youth of our community to be part of this from the ground level.
Sunday, Sept. 4th at Four Seasons (C-Town). Much thanks to Sal Saleh and his great staff for allowing us to set up our collection table right at the front door.

Suicide prevention project
Sue Donnnelly, 2004-5 President of the Ossining Rotary Club, is working with
Ossining High School, the OHS Interact Club, the Open Door, church groups and the Recreation and Parks Department
to bring the Yellow Ribbon Program for Suicide Prevention to Ossining. As part of the program, she and Henry Atterbury, President
2005-6 of Ossining Rotary and Superintendent of Recreation and Parks, have organized Crew # 1776 of the
Boy Scout sponsored Venturing Program.
