Mary Beth told us of her year in Namibia and Bangladesh. In Namibia, the Catholic
Action Center registered over 17,000 orphans living on the streets, and Mary Beth
worked with 135 of them, organizing games, crafts, singing -- even a scavenger hunt.
In Bangladesh, the most densely populated country in the world, Mary Beth was welcomed
into Muslim, Christian and Hindu homes. There she discovered a group of women
who make wonderful hand crafted cards, which are available for sale at only $2 each
by writing to jpsenter@agnionline.com.
